It’s has been a long time since I’ve seen a company and product that has “knocked my socks off”, but on Monday we had a demo with SwiftCloud and their Sales Order App and Web Portal. I could see how this perfectly complements what we do with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The friendly approach, enthusiasm, and the thought that had gone into the products were energising.
They have created a cloud-based solution that lets companies have a tailorable, own branded, secure, and fast solution. One that enables companies to present their products – and required documentation – to their customers within a fixed price under their brand.
This can be presented via an App or via a web site. The Web Site has initially been a B2B (Business-to-Business) eCommerce site. Still, they have launched their B2C (Business-to-Consumer) version as well now.
The three core features are:
- Own branded App that allows customers to buy from you with ease
- Ecommerce – B2B or B2C
- Sales Manager, where your sales team can place orders when with customers
It is not just the demo that had us wowed. We have worked with SwiftCloud on another project, and the team was helpful. They knew their system fully and used their experience to help our customer get the solution they needed.
Akhtar and Vivek were enthused by what they have seen and wanted me to have a look at the product and ‘meet’ them. I now share their enthusiasm!
Together with SwiftCloud, we can enable your Business Central data to be selectively published to your customers via an easy to use App or web site. With all the data being synchronised across all these sources.
While they technically veer away from us in terms of utilising Oracle databases, their culture and pragmatic “customer-centric” approach resonated with the team here.
