November 2007 – Microsoft is pleased to announce the addition of Extended Support for Microsoft Dynamics products under the Microsoft Support Lifecycle (MSL) policy. In the past, Microsoft Dynamics products received five years of Mainstream Support, before support ended. With the addition of Extended Support, selected Microsoft Dynamics products will receive a minimum of 10 years of support from Microsoft.
The Extended Support phase and policy applies to all future releases of the Microsoft Dynamics products listed below beginning with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (this also includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, amongst others).
