Document Automation for ERP and CRM
Document Automation at its simplest level is the submission of business documents via e-mail (where that exists, or by Post / Fax if they do not). These documents, however submitted, are then logically archived for future retrieval.

Document Archiving
With our document automation solutions all submitted documents are archived and kept in folders and / or within a Microsoft SharePoint library. Folders are dynamically created so you can provide easy access to all authorised users to the document library. If you use Microsoft SharePoint the document lists are "tagged" so that they can be found and sorted very easily.
Document Automation
Rather than sending documents via e-mail and just storing them, Document Automation also allows for work flows to be performed on various types of information. This allows (for example) Purchase Order documents to be passed through a defined process route before it is finally approved and sent to the supplier.
