Easyfile for PAYE forms- has a familiar e-mail interface for PAYE forms to be sent, received and viewed. Easyfile keeps a safe record of all PAYE documents exchanged between your company and the Inland Revenue.

Easyfile - Inbox
Easyfile collects and displays all messages sent from the Inland Revenue. Additionally Easyfile extracts the data from the messages making it accessible to connected payroll systems.
Forms Received from the Inland Revenue
Easyfile collects and displays all forms sent electronically by the Inland Revenue. Received messages are viewed in the Inbox. The system makes special provision for the processing of Coding Updates P6, P6B and P9 extracting the details to selected database tables accessible to external systems.
Easyfile – Outbox
Depending on the environment Easyfile allows you to enter and update PAYE forms directly onscreen. All data entry is via the familiar PAYE forms interface resembling the actual paper based forms. Alternatively when integrated with an existing payroll the forms may be created automatically from the payroll. Easyfile manages sending and receiving and then acts as electronic document filing system, keeping a safe record of all forms.
Sending forms to the Inland Revenue
The system directly supports the entry and submission of Starter and Leaver forms P45 Part 1, P45 Part3, P46 and WNU. Additionally Easyfile can send any other messages provided by a connected payroll system, including End of Year forms P14, P35. Whether the form is entered manually, automatically created or provided by external systems, Easyfile ensures the form is successfully delivered to the Inland Revenue, using a familiar Outbox and Sent items interface.
End of Year filing – Easily import P14 details
Easyfile allows you to easily import P14 or other form details from an external payroll system. In this way you can deliver an end of year submission to the inland revenue easily via Easyfile.
Easyfile manages the delivery of end of year submissions and clearly lists any errors identified by the inland revenue for correction.
