Once a solution has been properly designed, we enter the deployment stages. This includes the setup, tailoring and /or development of the system to meet your specific requirements.
During this period we may perform several tests and system walk-through 'workshops' to ensure that the solution is right for your company and users. These valuable steps ensure that your users get an early preview of what their system will look like and are bought into the project; increasing their buy-in to the system. It also ensures that what they expected is being delivered, increasing their confidence and highlighting any potential issues early on in the project - giving us all time to resolve them methodically and appropriately.
Once we have tested and approved the system, we will train all your users (or your trainer) and ensure that they are comfortable using it to perform their job functions. To ensure the focused attention of your users, training is preferred to be performed off-site, but can be held at your premises if required. Training is a vital part of the project success and we ensure that your users are comfortable with the new processes and their new system.
To further increase the confidence of your users, when you go-live we will have a member of the project team supporting your users directly (on site), immediately helping them with any queries that they may have.
