WHAT IS DOCUMENT CAPTURE?

Document Capture from Continia removes hundreds of hours from recording and approving your Purchase Invoices.

Using tried and trusted OCR software - and a deep understanding of Business Central - this App takes your suppliers PDF invoices and converts it into information you can review and directly progress into a Purchase Invoice. 

When looking at document, General Ledger or VAT entry in Business Central you can easily see the source PDF document. Saving time and filing space.

Optionally you can also enhance Business Central's own Approval workflows, giving better control over what needs to be approved, wherever your team are working. This removes the "have they been approved yet?" stack of invoices sat waiting for approval on desks or inboxes.

As it has been designed to be flexible, you can train it to recognise different fields, including custom ones. Allowing you to fine tune exactly what on your supplier invoice is recorded in Business Central.

At its most autonomous, you can receive an email invoice from a supplier, have that read, checked, and matched to your existing PO and - if that is approved - have the invoice posted. All with no data entry.

From App to Approved, Continia's Expense Management takes the strain from your expense management process.

Employees can easily submit expenses from their mobile device or web browser. This can be submitted directly or built up into a weekly, monthly, etc. claim 'pack'.

Each claim can be detailed with a photo of the receipt or with automatic distance calculations from Google Maps to ensure each request get approved fast.

Managers & Finance have their own portal so they can approve claims quickly from wherever they are. To ensure compliant VAT handling, Finance can review and amend the VAT elements before expenses are posted. Giving the business reassurance that the details are being looked after properly. 

Expenses can be posted to the Employee Ledger, Vendor Ledger or included in Payroll, ensuring Employees are paid on time and are not left out of pocket.
