Whilst knowledge of information technology would be useful, personal characteristics in the form of a willingness to learn, take on responsibility and a strong desire to be successful are even more important. If you have a combination of these characteristics we can teach you the technical requirements of the job.

• Maintaining company web-site.
• General administration of various operating systems and procedures
• Working alongside the customer support team taking calls and logging issues, maintaining the customer support system and liaising directly with customers.
• Preparation and writing of system procedure manuals.
